Marinated spit roasted pork shoulder served with a thin slice of pineapple and fresh tomato salsa
Taco De Calamar
Local southern calamari lightly dusted and fried then wok tossed with ginger, lime, garlic
Taco De Pescado
Crumbed fish fillet, on a bed of crisp house pickled cabbage.
Famous Corn Ribs
Corn cob boiled then shallow fried in Senor Taco tasty spread and lightly seasoned.
Guacamole
Traditional chunky Gauc as experienced on the streets of Mexico. Avocado, tomato, coriander, onion and lime juice, served with corn chips.

Spiced chicken thigh fried with Spanish onion and fire roasted capsicum.
